This renovation and addition project introduces a rich variety of indoor/outdoor spaces to a seasonal residence destined to become multi-generational family gathering place.  The third floor is also a new element that reveals a distant ocean view.

The design manages to keep one foot planted in a traditional vernacular while at the same time admitting a fresh and contemporary 21st century vibe.
